The series revolves around a contentious, unexpected and sensational kidnap-murder case of a youthful girl named Ayla Nadeem, who is wedded to the only son of the town's distinguished tycoon and billionaire. As the fateful tragedy strikes that one supposed romantic night, her love-arranged marriage that only could breathe for a few days, with her college sweetheart, Daniyal Mujib isn't given a chance to prosper into a domestic saga of love.

While reviewing the last episodes, Galaxy Lollywood praised the Ali's performance and termed Saleem's performance as forgettable, and criticised the story regarding the narrative that was building for the conclusion.[7]
