Roman Mykhaylovych Pylypchuk (Ukrainian: Роман Михайлович Пилипчук; born 27 April 1967) is a Ukrainian professional football manager and former player who is the manager of Russian club Chelyabinsk.
As a player, Pylypchuk made his debut in the Soviet Top League in 1990 for Dynamo Moscow.[1]
In the 2024–25 season, Pylypchuk managed Chelyabinsk as they earned promotion to the second-tier Russian First League.[2]
