Bethan Roe (born 3 November 1999) is an English professional footballer who plays as a defender for Ipswich Town.
She started her career at her hometown club Norwich City where she rose through their youth ranks before moving to Albion.[1][2]
She initially featured for Brighton & Hove Albion's academy side in partnership with Worthing College.[3]
On 9 July 2024, Roe signed a new one year contract with Charlton Athletic.[4] On 2 July 2025, it was announced that Roe's contract had expired and she had departed Charlton.[5]
On 31 July 2025 Roe joined Ipswich Town on a permanent transfer.[6]
