Chris Hemsworth

Chris Hemsworth was born in Melbourne, Australia, to Leonie (née van Os), an English teacher, and Craig Hemsworth, a social-services counsellor.

Hemsworth spent his early years moving between Melbourne and the Northern Territory, where his family lived on cattle stations.

The family eventually settled in Melbourne and later moved to Phillip Island, south of Melbourne.

Hemsworth attended Heathmont College before his family returned to the Northern Territory and later moved to Phillip Island.
