Herly Enrique Alcázar Vélez (born 30 October 1976) is a former Colombian footballer who played as a striker.

Career

Alcazar played for several clubs in South America and also Chiapas in the Mexican Primera Division.^[1]

In Chile, he played for both Universidad de Chile and O'Higgins.^[4]

His last club was Uniautónoma in the Colombian second level.^[4]
