I'm the Problem is the sixth studio album by American singer-songwriter K. Michelle, released on September 22, 2023.[2] Reportedly Pate's final R&B album before a full transition to country music, its lead single "Scooch" reached No. 1 on the Billboard Adult R&B Songs chart.[3][4]

On December 14, 2022, Michelle announced the album's I'm the Problem Tour and its dates.[5][6]

Andy Kellman of AllMusic gave the album a 3.5 star rating.[7] Isabella Pennese of HotNewHipHop heralded the album "a gorgeous farewell to R&B...captur[ing] her raw emotions and unfiltered authenticity."[8] Similarly, Flisadam Pointer of ThisisRnB considered the album "a bittersweet goodbye to [one of] the genre's most underappreciated gems."[9] Mya Abraham of Vibe wrote: "The Memphis native unpacks the 'super emotional' recount of personal experiences while also displaying growth through the LP's 19 tracks".[10] Antwane Folk of Rated R&B gave the album a positive review.[4] Ivory of Soul Bounce gave the album a generally positive review.[11]
