What happened with J. K. Rowling on 15 March, 1994

J.K. Rowling sought an action of interdict (order of restraint) against her estranged husband, Jorge Arantes, who had come to Scotland seeking her and their daughter Jessica. The interdict was granted and Arantes returned to Portugal.
