The new god game named Masters of Albion by Peter Molyneux was officially unveiled during Gamescom 2024. The game is set in Albion, the setting of the Fable games

Peter Molyneux announced his departure from Lionhead Studios and Microsoft, after the completion of Fable: The Journey. He left to join 22cans, a company founded by former Lionhead Studios CTO Tim Rance.
