Sam Maggs' full-length original graphic novel, "Tell No Tales: Pirates of the Southern Seas," co-created with Kendra Wells, was released. Published by Abrams Books imprint Amulet Books, the story revolves around the real-life pirating adventures of Anne Bonny and Mary Read. This marks Maggs' entry into original graphic novels and her continued interest in highlighting the stories of women in history.
