Spectacle Island is a privately owned island off Bar Harbor, Maine, United States.[1][2][3] It is 4 acres (1.6 ha),[1] and it is owned by Ashley Longmaid.[2] As of 2012[update], it is the world's ninth most expensive island[1] and is part of the Town of Winter Harbor.
