Chronicle

The chronicle serves to compile a day-by-day history of Zhuge Liang.

Sometime between September 11th and October 10th, 234, Zhuge Liang died of illness in the Wuzhang Plains during the stalemate with Sima Yi, at the age of 53 (East Asian age reckoning). His death marked the end of an era for Shu Han and had significant implications for the political landscape of the Three Kingdoms period. His demise effectively halted the Northern Expeditions and led to a period of relative peace between Shu Han and Cao Wei.
