Personal Hub Content License

1. Ownership of Content

You retain full ownership and copyright to all text, images, media, and other materials you create or upload to your personal hubs ("User Content"). Hubbry does not claim ownership of your personal hub content.

2. License You Grant to Hubbry

By posting or uploading User Content to Hubbry, you grant Hubbry a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to:

• host, store, display, reproduce, reformat, and distribute your content within Hubbry,
• promote your hub and content in connection with Hubbry (including previews, recommendations, feeds, and search results),
• and make technical modifications or adaptations necessary for the content to function properly across devices and formats.

This license exists solely for the purpose of operating, developing, and improving Hubbry and related services — not for resale or independent commercial use.

3. License to Other Users

Other Hubbry users may view, share, or quote your content only within Hubbry, through built-in features such as reposts, embeds, comments, and search — unless you explicitly allow external reuse.

4. No Open License by Default

Your personal hubs are not licensed under Creative Commons or any other open-content license unless you explicitly choose to apply one (for example, CC BY or CC BY-NC).

By default, all rights are reserved to you, except for the limited license described above.

5. Removal of Content

You can delete your content at any time. When you do, Hubbry will remove it from active view; however, cached or backup copies may persist temporarily for operational or legal reasons.
