[edit]- The 7.3 Mw Gulf of Aqaba earthquake shakes Egypt, Israel, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia with a maximum Mercalli intensity of VIII (Severe), killing eight and injuring 30, and generating a non-destructive tsunami.
