• 2 February – Lesotho at the 2024 World Aquatics Championships: Lesotho competes in Doha, Qatar with one athlete in swimming. No medals are won.
• 18 February – Maseru hosts the first AGM of the African Association of Accountants General, beginning a five-day conference on public financial management and governance.^[1]

• The Office of the Ombudsperson releases findings that at least 300 detainees at Maseru Correctional Centre had been tortured by Lesotho Correctional Services officers.^[2]
