Aya Ogawa
View on WikipediaAya Ogawa (Japanese: 小川彩, Hepburn: Ogawa Aya; born June 27, 2007)[1] is a Japanese singer, radio personality. She is a member of the Japanese idol girl group Nogizaka46, represented by Sony Music Records. Her acting roles include the supporting role of Fuyuko Sekiya in A Calm Sea and Beautiful Days with You.

Career
[edit]In 2022, Ogawa successfully passed the audition for the fifth generation of idol group girl group Nogizaka46.[2] Her first selection for Nogizaka46's main performance group came in August 2024, when she was selected for Nogizaka46's 36th single "Cheat day".[3]
She made her debut on terrestrial television drama in 2025 with the Fuji Television drama A Calm Sea and Beautiful Days with You.[4]
Her first namesake radio program, Nogizaka46 Ogawa Aya No Baby Baby Maybe, has been broadcast on Bay FM since April 3, 2025.[5]
Personal life
[edit]Ogawa was born on June 27, 2007, in Chiba Prefecture. She an older brother three years her senior.[6] Her special skills are playing drums, piano, and clarinet.[7]
The member whom she looks up to in Nogizaka46 was Asuka Saitō.[8] Before joining the girl group, she was a model represented by the model agency GRAM Model Management, and was also a model for KiraPichi from August 2019 to the June 2021 issue.[9]
