Blakeslee is a village in Florence Township, Williams County, Ohio, United States. The population was 104 at the 2020 census.

Blakeslee was platted in 1880 by John Boman and incorporated as a village in 1894. The village was named for Schuyler E. Blakeslee, a local attorney. A post office has been in operation at Blakeslee since 1880.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.11 square miles (0.28 km2), all land.

As of the census of 2010, there were 96 people, 45 households, and 26 families living in the village. The population density was 872.7 inhabitants per square mile (337.0/km2). There were 50 housing units at an average density of 454.5 per square mile (175.5/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 100.0% White.

There were 45 households, of which 28.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 48.9% were married couples living together, 8.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 42.2% were non-families. 37.8% of all households were made up of individuals, and 17.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.13 and the average family size was 2.85.

The median age in the village was 38 years. 22.9% of residents were under the age of 18; 7.3% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 28.1% were from 25 to 44; 18.8% were from 45 to 64; and 22.9% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the village was 49.0% male and 51.0% female.

As of the census of 2000, there were 130 people, 48 households, and 34 families living in the village. The population density was 1,226.8 inhabitants per square mile (473.7/km2). There were 49 housing units at an average density of 462.4 per square mile (178.5/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 99.23% White and 0.77% Native American. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.77% of the population.

There were 48 households, out of which 37.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 58.3% were married couples living together, 10.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 27.1% were non-families. 22.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 8.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.71 and the average family size was 3.17.
