Bouzeron is an appellation for white wine made exclusively from the Aligoté grape, created in 1998. Pinot noir and Chardonnay wines are also produced in the commune, but sold under the appellations Bourgogne rouge or blanc or Bourgogne Côte Chalonnaise.
