Production was handled by Ivan Johnson, Tha Chill, and Daz himself, who also served as executive producer. It features guest appearances from Cricet, Crystal, Ice Cube, Kurupt, Lee Majors, Mac Shawn, Sly Boogy, Snoop Dogg, Soopafly, Tony Terry and WC.
