Dehu
Dehu is a town in the Pune district, India. It is known for being the abode of Sant Tukaram.
The Tukaram Palakhi heading towards the town of Pandharpur originates from Dehu in the month of Ashadh.
As of 2011[update] India census, Dehu had a population of 50,308 of which 27,669 are males while 22,638 are females. Dehu has an average literacy rate of 88.64%, higher than the national average of 74.04%: male literacy is 92.79% and, female literacy is 84.22%.
