Des Moines Marriott Hotel

The Des Moines Marriott Hotel is a high-rise hotel located in Downtown Des Moines, Iowa, United States. The building rises 33 floors and 365 feet (111 m) in height.^[1] It is currently the 3rd-tallest building in the city and the tallest hotel in Iowa.^[1] The structure was completed in 1981 and contains 417 guest rooms.^[2] The property had been previously occupied by the Royal Union Life Building.
