Sheeran began recording music and independently released his first collection of work, Spinning Man.

Sheeran successfully auditioned for Youth Music Theatre UK and joined their production of Frankenstein – A New Musical in Plymouth.

Sheeran released two EPs, including Loose Change, which included his debut single, 'The A Team'.
