Emily Goss Davenport Weeks died in Brandon, Vermont, at the age of 52. She was
buried in Pine Hill Cemetery in Brandon, Vermont. Her death marks the end of the
life of an inventor who contributed to the development of the electric motor.

Mosely Weeks was the inventor of the Vermont beehive. This marriage marks a new
chapter in Emily's life after the death of her first husband, Thomas Davenport.
