Helene Rask is a Norwegian glamour model known for being one of the pioneers of glamour modeling in Norway during the early 2000s, where she gained significant media attention through appearances on the covers of major national men's magazines and international publications such as FHM. She founded and operated Rask Models, an agency supplying glamour models for photo shoots, music videos, and events, though it later declared bankruptcy. As a mentor in the industry, she advocated for age restrictions and education over early entry into glamour work, notably setting a 20-year minimum at her agency and advising young aspiring models to prioritize schooling. Beyond modeling, Rask pursued a music career, releasing the album Colours (2006) along with singles and EPs including No Love (2005), Get On (2006), Magic Summer (2006), and Venus (2009). She also took on occasional acting roles, appearing in the film Asfaltevangeliet (2004) and television programs such as 4-stjerners middag and Reisen Hjem. Born Anne-Helene Rask Arnesen on 11 November 1980 in Oslo, she began her modeling career at age 17 and became a prominent figure in Norway's glamour scene before shifting to a lower-profile life in later years.
