1994
Hideki Kamiya joins Capcom as a planner. He is initially involved in various projects, learning the ropes of game development.
Resident Evil
1996
Kamiya works as a planner on the original "Resident Evil". This marked a significant turning point, as it contributed to the rise of survival horror genre and kickstarted Kamiya's fame. He was the one who initially proposed the game.
Resident Evil 2 - Director
1998
