Jesus taught in synagogues and was praised by the people. He read from the prophet Isaiah, announcing the Messiah's arrival.

Jesus healed many people, including a man with leprosy, a paralyzed man, and a blind man. He also performed the miracle of feeding 4,000 men, besides women and children.

Jesus confronted the Pharisees about their anti-scriptural traditions and taught about God's mercy.
