Joani Blank, an American sex educator, entrepreneur, author, videographer,
cohousing enthusiast, philanthropist, and inventor in the field of sexuality,
was born on July 4, 1937. She would later become known for founding Down There
Press and for her work promoting sex-positive feminism.
