The following collections reprinted the Superman newspaper comic strip of 1939–1966.
All DC Archive Editions were only in hardcover and printed on high quality archival paper.
This series planned to reprint every Superman adventure in color, in chronological order and in affordable trade paperbacks, but it was cancelled before it could do so.
All Showcase Presents editions were large (over 500 pages) softcover-only and black-and-white only reprints.
