Monica Ciriello MPP is a Canadian politician who is the MPP for Hamilton Mountain in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario, following the 2025 Ontario general election. She is a Progressive Conservative (PC). She is the first PC candidate to win the seat since Trevor Pettit, who held it from 1995 to 1999. She previously worked as the Director of Municipal Law and Licensing for the City of Hamilton. Monica Cirello resides in Ancaster.

In the 2019 Ontario General Election, Monica Cirello ran in Hamilton Centre as a PC candidate. She received the lowest proportion of votes for a PC candidate in the history of the riding.

Monica Cirello was dropped in as the PC candidate for Hamilton Mountain in 2025. After vote splitting between the Liberal and NDP candidates, Monica Cirello won the seat with the lowest vote totals since the 1985 Ontario general election.

Despite no relevant political or work experience, she was appointed as the Parliamentary Assistant to the Attorney General by Doug Ford.
