Rahim Thorpe is a Canadian soccer player who plays as a forward.

Early life

He played youth soccer with Brampton YSC[1] and the Toronto Lynx.[2]

College career

He played college soccer with the Sheridan Bruins. In 2018, he scored back-to-back playoff hat-tricks.[3] Sheridan ultimately lost to Humber College in the finals, but Thorpe was named a tournament all-star.[4]

Club career

In 2015, he played with Toronto FC III in the Premier Development League.[2] In March 2015, he signed an academy player agreement with Toronto FC II.[5] He made his debut for Toronto FC II on March 15 against FC Montréal.[6][7]

In 2016, he played with Oakville Blue Devils FC in League1 Ontario,[8] making seven appearances.[9] He made a single appearance the following season.[10]

In 2018, he joined North Mississauga SC, making six appearances.[11] He scored his first goal on May 5 against ProStars FC.[12][13] In 2019, he scored 4 goals in seven league appearances, also appearing in one playoff match.[14] He scored a hat trick on July 14, 2019, in a 9–0 victory over Toronto Skillz FC.[15]

In 2023, he played with Simcoe County Rovers in League1 Ontario.[16]

International career

In 2015, he was called up to the Canada U18 for the Slovakia Cup.[17][18] He scored in the first match of the tournament against Slovakia U18.[19]
