Scott Chambers is a British actor and film producer known for his critically acclaimed lead performance as the mentally challenged protagonist in the independent drama Chicken (2015), for which he was longlisted for the British Independent Film Awards' Most Promising Newcomer, as well as his prolific work producing and acting in contemporary horror films, including starring as an adult Christopher Robin in Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2 (2024). Chambers began his career with stage experience, including work with the National Youth Theatre and a lead role in the Southwark Playhouse production of Chicken, which transitioned to film under director Joe Stephenson and garnered praise for its compassionate and precise portrayal. He built on this recognition with roles in films such as Malevolent (2018) for Netflix, Doctor Jekyll (2023) opposite Eddie Izzard, and Patrick (2018), alongside television credits in ITV series including Malpractice, Innocent, and Murder in Provence. His acting spans independent drama, horror, and mainstream projects, often highlighting his versatility in lead and supporting parts. In parallel, operating frequently under the name Scott Jeffrey, Chambers has emerged as a highly productive figure in low-budget horror, having produced over 100 feature films in recent years, many distributed worldwide and drawing on public domain characters for twisted genre takes. He has served as producer on the viral Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey (2023) and its sequel, while also directing select projects and focusing increasingly on ambitious horror multiverse concepts. His passion for the genre stems from childhood filmmaking experiences, and he has emphasized self-reliance in creating opportunities within the industry.
