Selling the OC
Selling the OC is an American reality television series created for Netflix by Adam DiVello. It is the third series in the Selling Sunset franchise, and a direct spin-off of the original series. It revolves around the Oppenheim Group, a high-end real estate brokerage firm in the Orange County, California area (with offices in West Hollywood, Newport Beach and the La Jolla neighborhood of San Diego), and follows a group of agents as they navigate their personal and professional lives.
The first season premiered with eight episodes on August 24, 2022. The show was renewed for a second and third season on January 18, 2023. The second season premiered on September 8, 2023. The third season premiered on May 3, 2024. The show was renewed for a fourth season in January 2025 which premiered on November 12, 2025.
Jarvis and Stanaland left the Oppenheim Group after filming the third season. Jarvis left the show but Stanaland will make an appearance in the fourth season. Harper, Rose, Palmieri, Cardona and Shortt will also not appear in season 4.
In November 2021, Selling the OC was announced as a second spin-off of the Netflix series Selling Sunset. Filming occurred between November 2021 and March 2022. In January 2023, Netflix renewed the series for a second and third season. In January 2025, Netflix renewed the series for a fourth season.
