Theresa Duncan was found dead in her East Village, Manhattan apartment. The official cause of death was suicide. Her death led to much media attention and speculation, particularly regarding alleged harassment by Scientologists.
Theresa Lee Duncan was born in Lapeer, Michigan, U.S. She became an American video game designer, blogger, filmmaker, and critic, best known for her influential CD-ROM computer games for young girls created in the 1990s.
