Uthiramerur is a state assembly constituency in Kancheepuram district of Tamil Nadu, India.^[2] Its State Assembly Constituency number is 36. It comprises Uthiramerur taluk and a portion of Kanchipuram taluk and forms a part of Kancheepuram Lok Sabha constituency for national elections to the Parliament of India.^[3] It is one of the 234 State Legislative Assembly Constituencies in Tamil Nadu, in India.
