Wade Fenton

Wade Fenton (born 31 July 1971), is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1990s and 2000s. He played for the Melbourne Storm in 1998 and 2000.
Key Information
A rugged prop forward[1] Fenton played 114 games in the Queensland Cup with Norths Devils,[2] and had decided to retire at the end of the 2002 Queensland Cup season[1] after battling injury,[3] but made a comeback during the 2003 season.[4]
During his playing career, Fenton dabbled in player management, at one point managing teammate Steven Bell through contract negotiations.[5]

Bell, signed to just a one-year deal, had attracted interest from several clubs, but his manager Wade Fenton agreed to terms with the Storm yesterday. Fenton, a tough front-rower, has played a few games with the Storm and is still playing for feeder club Brisbane Norths. "Belly's the only player I look after," Fenton said. "Player management is something I'm interested in, but I may play another year here yet."
