Aythami Ruano Vega[a] (also spelled Aytami, born 18 June 1977) is a Spanish judoka. He earned medals at the European Judo Championships, gold in 2000 and silver in 2003.[1] After competing in the men's +100 kg event for Spain at the 2004 Summer Olympics,[2][3] he retired from judo and took up Canarian wrestling.[4]
