Bharat Chawda made his television debut in 2004 as a finalist in the Zee TV reality show India's Best Cinestars Ki Khoj, which served as his entry point into the Hindi television industry.[9] His first lead role came in 2007 on Star Plus's Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii, where he portrayed Ishaan Virani, also known as Chotu, a mentally imbalanced young boy in the long-running family drama produced by Ekta Kapoor.[11] This role marked his transition from reality television to scripted serials.
