Ian Martin Hamer (born 18 July 1965) is a British former long-distance runner.[1] He competed in the 1992 Summer Olympics.[2]
Hamer was the bronze medallist in the 5000 metres at the 1990 Commonwealth Games.[3]
hamer finished third behind Eamonn Martin and Rob Denmark in the 5,000 metres event at the 1991 AAA Championships.[4][5]
