Jedox is a software company specialized in enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions. The company provides planning, analytics, and reporting tools for various business functions—including Finance, Sales, Human Resources, and Operations.[1] Its solutions help organizations optimize financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and integrate business-wide strategic planning processes.[2]

The core offering of Jedox is its EPM platform, which integrates planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement into a single source of truth.[3]

Company history

[edit]

Jedox was founded in 2002 by Kristian Raue in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany, with the aim of simplifying planning, analysis, and reporting processes for businesses.[4] In 2008, Jedox transitioned into a stock corporation and secured its first funding round, raising approximately $5.44 million in a Series A round led by eCAPITAL.[5]

In 2014, Jedox acquired Reboard, a German software company specializing in mobile analytics and reporting.[6] The following year, in July 2015, Jedox expanded its presence in the Asia-Pacific region by acquiring Naked Data, an Australian software company, leading to new offices in Singapore, Sydney, and Melbourne.[7]

In April 2018, Jedox raised $24.6 million in a Series B funding round with participation from eCAPITAL and IRIS.[8] Subsequently, in January 2021, Jedox secured over $100 million in a Series C round led by Insight Partners, with participation from existing investors IRIS, eCAPITAL, and Wecken & Cie.[9]
