Lomné (Hungarian: Lomna) is a village and municipality in Stropkov District in the Prešov Region of north-eastern Slovakia.
In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1369.
The municipality lies at an altitude of 170 metres (560 ft) and covers an area of 7.46 km2 (2.88 sq mi) (2025).
It has a population of 230 people (31 December 2025).
In year 2021 was 236 people by ethnicity 226 as Slovak, 75 as Rusyn, 4 as Czech, 4 as Not found out and 1 as Romani.
