Patnongon, officially the Municipality of Patnongon (Kinaray-a: Banwa kang Patnongon; Hiligaynon: Banwa sang Patnongon; Tagalog: Bayan ng Patnongon), is a municipality in the province of Antique, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 38,329 people.

Patnongon is 25 kilometres (16 mi) from the provincial capital, San Jose de Buenavista.

According to the Philippine Statistics Authority, the municipality has a land area of 167.92 square kilometres (64.83 sq mi)  constituting 6.15% of the 2,729.17-square-kilometre- (1,053.74 sq mi) total area of Antique.

Patnongon is politically subdivided into 36 barangays. Each barangay consists of puroks and some have sitios.

In the 2020 census, Patnongon had a population of 38,329. The population density was 230 inhabitants per square kilometre (600/sq mi).

Patnonganons speak Kinaray-a as their main language while Hiligaynon is used as their secondary language.
