Perkins Coie LLP (/ˈkuːiː/ KOO-ee) is an American law firm based in Seattle, Washington. Founded in 1912, it is the largest law firm headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, with 21 offices across the United States, Europe, and Asia. The firm secured Boeing Company as a client in 1916.
