Diego Moyano served as her coach and helped her achieve top ranking in the WTA tour, being replaced when Gauff started working with Brad Gilbert.

Brad Gilbert, known for his strategic coaching and success with top players, joined Gauff's team as a consultant. Additionally, Pere Riba joined as head coach, to add to Gauff's success leading up to her US Open Win.
