Cornol (French pronunciation: [kɔʁnɔl]) is a municipality in the district of Porrentruy in the canton of Jura in Switzerland.

Cornol is first mentioned in 1136 as Coronotum.

Cornol has an area of 10.45 km2 (4.03 sq mi). Of this area, 6.03 km2 (2.33 sq mi) or 57.8% is used for agricultural purposes, while 3.51 km2 (1.36 sq mi) or 33.6% is forested. Of the rest of the land, 0.78 km2 (0.30 sq mi) or 7.5% is settled (buildings or roads), 0.07 km2 (17 acres) or 0.7% is either rivers or lakes and 0.08 km2 (20 acres) or 0.8% is unproductive land. The Étang de la Montoie, a 1.4-hectare (3.5-acre) pond, is located in Cornol.

Of the built-up area, housing and buildings made up 2.9% and transportation infrastructure made up 3.4%. Out of the forested land, 32.2% of the total land area is heavily forested and 1.4% is covered with orchards or small clusters of trees. Of the agricultural land, 35.0% is used for growing crops and 16.5% is pastures, while 2.3% is used for orchards or vine crops and 4.0% is used for alpine pastures. Of the water in the municipality, 0.3% is in lakes and 0.4% is in rivers and streams.

The municipality is located in the Porrentruy district, on the road to Les Rangiers.

The blazon of the municipal coat of arms is Argent, three Moors' heads proper banded Gules.

Cornol has a population (as of December 2020) of 1,028. As of 2008, 3.8% of the population are resident foreign nationals. Over the last 10 years (2000–2010) the population has changed at a rate of 9.7%. Migration accounted for 10.2%, while births and deaths accounted for 0%.

Most of the population (as of 2000) speaks French (742 or 93.1%) as their first language, German is the second most common (29 or 3.6%) and Italian is the third (9 or 1.1%).
