Semilla was a restaurant in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, in the U.S. state of New York.[1][2][3] The business operated from 2014 to 2017.[4][5] José Ramírez-Ruiz was the chef and owner.[6] Semilla served American cuisine[7] and had received a Michelin star.[8]
