[edit]Moore is known for MTV's From G's to Gents (Season 1) and Warner Bros. Pictures' ATL. He is best known from punching fellow cast member E6 in the face during the reunion episode of MTV's From G's to Gents season 1.
In 2012, Moore portrayed Andrew on The Walking Dead television series.[1] Moore had originally auditioned for the role of T-Dog, which went to IronE Singleton.[2] In 2023, Moore reprised the role in the video game The Walking Dead: Destinies.
In 2018, he earned the role of Ryan Payne on the OWN sitcom, Tyler Perry's The Paynes. Moore's character, Ryan.
Legal problems
[edit]In 2010, Moore was charged with cruelty to children, after police investigators determined that he assaulted his infant daughter.[3]
In 2011 the charges against Moore were suspended.[4] He went on to marry his child's mother and had another baby girl.[citation needed]

Markice Moore has a daughter. Moore married the girl's mother in 2011, following which the charges related to the incident involving the child were suspended.[19][20] In February 2015, Moore attempted suicide by overdose following the death of his grandmother, which had deeply affected his mental health. In January 2010, Markice Moore was arrested and charged with cruelty to children in the second degree after a five-month investigation by Smyrna, Georgia, police determined that he had assaulted his then-10-month-old daughter on August 1, 2009.[23] The investigation uncovered severe injuries to the child, including fractures to both arms, a leg, three ribs, a collarbone, and a brain hemorrhage consistent with physical abuse.[24] Moore turned himself in to the Cobb County Sheriff's Office on January 20, 2010, and was released the following day on a $20,000 bond.[25] In 2011, the charges were suspended under Georgia's First Offender Act, placing Moore on probation with requirements including completion of an anger management program and parenting classes.[20] Upon successful fulfillment of these conditions, the case was dismissed without a conviction.[20] No additional legal incidents involving Moore have been reported since the resolution of this case, and he continued to pursue acting roles in television and film thereafter.Filmography
