Sergio Campana (1 August 1934 – 19 July 2025) was an Italian lawyer and professional footballer who played as a forward. He served as the first President of the Italian Footballers' Association (AIC), from its inception in 1968, until 2011, when he decided to step down.[1][2][3][4]
In 2017, Campana was inducted into the Italian Football Hall of Fame.[5] He died on 19 July 2025, at the age of 90.[6]
