Sam's Choice is a private label brand created by Cott Beverages for Walmart stores. The brand was introduced as "Sam's American Choice" in 1991; the name has since been shortened to simply "Sam's Choice". It is named after Sam Walton, the founder of Walmart as their version of the President's Choice label with their products initially developed by Dave Nichol, who created the brand.[1] Items produced under the Sam's Choice label are primarily grocery items.
